Making Potstickers with Dad (August 2007)

My dad came out to San Francisco this July to spend some time with my grandmother and my aunt. One of the things we did was make potstickers. Holly doesn't eat pork, and one of the things we miss eating is good Chinese dumplings, so this is our attempt to try to make a seafood based variant.

Chopped vegetable ingredients: ginger, garlic, Chinese chives, mushrooms.
